Strength Work-Out

50 twisting bent knee slow motion sit-ups

16kg (35lbs) Kettlebell bottoms up floor press 10+8+6+4+2+1 Left & Right

Nail Bending
1 White, all the way !
1 Green, next level up all the way !
3 1/4" x 6 hot rolled steel rods, bent to 3/4" peak

32kg (70lbs) Kettlebell floor press 1+1+1 Left & Right

Short powerful work-out before bed.
